Received a text message on Saturday saying the problem was fixed. Sunday morning new text saying still a problem1 Spoke to EE and received same apologies and excuses and a hint that the issues are not likely to be fixed until May. Have written a formal letter of complaint to the Chiet Officer of EE Mobile with a copy to Ofcom. Addresses below;
