EE mobile signal = update

Have received responses from EE and Ofcom regarding the local mast. Ofcom advise contacting EE's executive office on 0800 0790 134 to escalate a complaint quoting Ofcom ref 00535175.  EE write in an unsigned letter containing no contact phone number that,

"the engineers are currenty awaiting access to the site. The delay has occurred due to Health and Safety issues at the location. Recent adverse weather conditions have made the site unsafe to carry out work; however they are positive the site will be deemed safe in the very near future. Unfortunately I do not have an exact date for you."

The saga continues!
