Spruce up the rec Happy Meadow recreation ground

On Saturday 30th June, volunteers would be most welcome to to to the 'rec' and help 'spruce it up'.

Ben White, the chair of the Happy Meadow Recreation Ground Committee will be on the rec at 9am.

The rec is such a beautiful asset to the village of Bickleigh. I'm sure many villagers have found memories of events that have taken place there, e.g. football, cricket, duck races, even 'rug on the rec'.

Football still takes place on the rec as well as the traditional sports day and other events. Lets treasure our little gem and community for a lovely community event!
