Lewie Gordon Baker, chef at Bickleigh Mill, stepped in to help the Cullompton Food Festival held on 14/10/17 when one of the booked food demonstrators pulled out with a sore throat. Lewie rose to the challenge brilliantly and demonstrated his kitchen skills by producing some lovely pork, hake and fried brie dishes all eagerly tasted and enjoyed by those present in the Cullompton Community Centre. His proud mother told us that Lewie was peeling potatoes and other vegetables aged 3 years and trained at Petroc, Tiverton.
