Bickleigh Bridge damaged again!

Very soon after the most recent repair, a portion of the lower stonework was pushed inwards and now a whole section has again been dislodged into the river. Devon County Council Highways seem to have no solution other than to repair and wait for the next damage. An appeal has been made for witnesses to report vehicles causing the damage, the installation of traffic lights rejected, so ideas or suggestions on this site would be welcome for forwarding to Highways.
