EE phone mast update

Despite assurances given to me on the telephone that necessary work on the mast would take place in late February the problem continues with EE users left without a service. One resident has written to the company and received the following,

"Upon reviewing your home post code on our internal systems, we are indeed experiencing issues with the signal in the area. We are currently working hard on resolving this and I hope to have the mast restored by the 14th March. With that said when the mast is restored it can take 72 hours for it to be fully operational."

Now 4 days later and no signal! If you have not already done so I suggest subscribers to EE contact the company and request re-imbursment of the monthly charge. This has worked for us!
